All temperature-sensitive products are shipped under cold-chain conditions to maintain compound integrity. You are responsible for ensuring proper storage at 2–8°C upon receipt and for reviewing any handling notes supplied with the order.

Due to the nature of our products and cold-chain requirements, returns are generally not accepted once a product has been delivered and the cold-chain seal has been broken.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Remy Peptides endeavours to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis (COA). However, we do not warrant that all information on this website is complete, current, or error-free.

Third-party laboratory testing is conducted independently. Test results reflect the specific batch tested at the time of analysis.
